2019 Week 8 Results

In maybe the wildest finish we will see all year, four people tied for the lead after the 10th and final game ended resulting in our 1st tiebreaker use of the season since Week 1. The tiebreaker was the total score of the Penn State vs. Michigan game (28-21 final, 49 total points) and the four people competing were Ryan T (46 pts), Chris M (73 pts), Mitchell D (44 pts), and Michael C (69 pts) making Ryan T our Week 8 winner and our 7th person to lock up their spot in the Wild Card Playoff.

Week 8 Trends:

• Four people was our biggest single week tiebreaker in the history of the Pick Em.

• Between the three winners, there were 3 different final records: 6-4 x2, 7-3, 8-2

• 37 points was our lowest winning score of the season replacing Week 1 with 40.

• Three games had teams with bid totals over 300 points: Clemson - 310 pts, covered -23.5; Penn State - 313 pts, did not cover -8.5; Alabama - 307 pts, did not cover -34.5.
