Game 10 Brings Chaos To Team Pick Em

I wasn’t sure how the team competition would go but through Week 1 we are off to a hot start! We had a lot of close teams and the final game flipped the standings greatly once Clemson covered. We had three teams tie for first which means we got to do our first ever team tie breaker RPS. As the rules stated, your team will be ranked 1-5 for each player based on their individual score, you will then matchup with the opposing teams same sloted player in a RPS. Most RPS vicotries win, if tied, the matchup with the highest point total receives priority. We had the Berman Ballerz, Jim Mora Deez Nuts, and Shell Shockers all tie with 29 points in the team matchup. Below are the results

For the 3 way tie, it works the same way, but you are facing two people. If you beat the other 2 in your RPS matchup, you get the point. If all 3 people tie it is a push, if two ties while beating the 3rd it goes to individual tiebreaker rules which is person with the highest correct confidence point win from the week gets the win. That tie beaker element came into play for Selby N. vs Liam B. and John C. vs Tim F. At the end of it, Jim Mora and Shell Shockers tied with 2 and the Berman Ballerz had 0. To break the 2 point tie, it goes to highest point matchup gaining priority, which is Chris H. vs Matt N., and just like the individual pool this week, Chris H. comes out on top. So our weekly winners are Jim Mora Deez Nuts gaining 9 bonus points, 2nd is Shell Shockers gaining 6 bonus points, and 3rd is Berman Ballerz gaining 3 bonus points.
