In a very tight week on the teams side one managed to break through and finish on top of everyone else, Penis. Their 28 points edged them just enough to beat out 3 other teams with 27. They will secure the 9 point bonus come the Week 10 playoff shift.

2nd and 3rd place had quite the battle ensue on the otherhand. GoGutBurson, NoBusBurson, and Anus Licks & Parlay Picks all finished dead even with 27. As is weekly now, we move to a RPS battle, and another 3-way battle but with two winners. And boy was this one a doozy. Two of the three teams tied shared two players, and when the teams got sorted by points scored they happened to be lined up with themselves. For the 3 way tie scoring, it works the same way as normal RPS, but you are facing two people. If you beat the other 2 in your RPS matchup, you get the point. If all 3 people tie it is a push, if two ties while beating the 3rd it goes to individual tiebreaker rules which is person with the highest correct confidence point win from the week gets the win.

Three of the matches cleanly worked out where one person beat the other two and got the point. However, all three of those were on different teams making it 1-1-1. Two of the matchups had two people beating the third, which goes to highest confidence point correct from their individual picks would win. But in both cases it was the same persons picks going against themselves. Hilarious situation for all of this to end with in a 1-1-1 tie with two matchups being the same person against themselves. In the end of it those have to be draws, so the highest matchup gains priority which means that Anus Licks & Parlay Picks takes the 2nd place 6 point bonus. Now hold your pants for 3rd place. (can it get more complicated than this? let’s find out)

The two teams that did not win will go to their own head to head tie breaker for the 3rd place bonus, and naturally they are the two teams with the shared people, so two of the 5 are full ties. Two of the other three were natural wins but for different teams, so it is 1-1 with one to go between Michael S. and Andrew O. which is a scissors tie. This moves to the tiebreak which is highest confidence point correct from the week. Neither got their 10 right, both got their 9 right, but Andrew O. got his 8 confidence correct while Michael S. did not, so NoBusBurson will take 3rd place and the 3 point bonus. Im exhausted.
