Selby N. Locks Up Final Wild Card Bid, Moves into 1st Overall

After one of our biggest weeks ever, we settled back to normal with only 3 people scoring more than 40 points this week. Selby N. was able to come out on top of it all at the end of the day after going 8-2 for 52 points including starting the day 8-0. Selby secures our final Wild Card Spot and the field is now set for the side pot moving forward. Want to see the Wild Card list? Head over to the Standings page to check it out. Each week those 25 entrants’ score will reset and they will compete in a 1 week challenge, with the 5 lowest scores of that week eliminated. The final week will have just 5 people left, the top 2 scores of that week will win the prize. Everyone who did not make it is still very eligible for weekly and season-long prizes as well! Check out some highlights from the week below:

  • After Week 8 where 9/10 of the higher picked teams covered, this week only 3/10 of the higher picked teams ended up covering. Baylor (222), Georgia (346, and Notre Dame (395) covered their games as the higher picked team.

  • San Diego State (161) ended their perfect season bid but also ended our Week 10 home team streak that had been going nicely, although they were not a home dog as the trend truly is.

  • Our 2nd lowest picked team had one of the most dominant wins of the week with Utah (85) beating UCLA by 20 to cover their -6.5 home spread.

  • Poor, poor Michigan (265) had quite the collapse as Michigan State (114) may have finally put a nail in Harbaugh’s spot?
